While there grab tacos, fresh produce, or a slice of pizza from one of the local truck vendors. This is the perfect way to start the day as you trek further south towards other locales on E 11th Street.
Cenote (5 min Drive from Capitol Villa)
With two locations in Austin, Cenote offers coffee along with a part wine bar, part tap room. The establishment sources local beer and coffee ingredients and has a quaint outdoor seating arrangement. We love the cold brew (brewed over 24 hours) as well as the house chai!
Wright Bro.’s Brew & Brew (5 mins Drive from Capitol Villa)
Another coffee/beer hybrid! Think outside the box with hot drink menu’s as the options are not your typical drip coffee! Then again, you’re in East Austin. If that is not your style, the mimosas are killer. There is a cool event space next door to mingle. Oh, check out the Happy Hour menu!
Flat Track (6 mins Drive from Capitol Villa)
This small shop is a staple in the East Austin Community. The coffee is fantastic, and you can also buy a bag of beans for the road. Head over to East Cesar Chavez to check it out.

Renovated from a 1952 Spartan Trailer, this is the quinaccential East Austin coffee spot. You can enjoy a warm expresso, tea or perhaps a fizzing kombucha in the gravel courtyard filled with different types of seating arrangements.
