He treats Capitol Villa like a 5-star property because it is and he brings a level of service that matches. Three of us were in Austin to facilitate corporate training and the price for Capitol Villa was a far better deal in price and quality than any hotel rooms. We had our students over for a bbq dinner and Capitol Villa again delivered in space, functionality and looks. We plan to be back again and again and again! Phenomenal experience!”

The Villa helped make our special day
Our stay at the Villa could not have been better! We rented it for us and our wedding party, and used it for our rehearsal dinner with family. There's plenty of space. Brendan did everything possible to accommodate us and make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend for any gatherings.

What an amazing home! It is so charming, beautifully appointed, conveniently located to downtown, and large enough for 4 generations of our family to enjoy comfortably. Home Away From Home!
What a beautifully appointed house. We had all the creature comforts one could ask for. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy doing it. There were toys and books for kids. Having three children under 10 can be challenging when looking for a suitable place to stay. Capitol Villa had it all and we were all comfortable. The house is well taken care of too. We had a problem with one of the TVs not working and Brendan was there in a flash to fix the problem. He is easy to contact and very friendly. You’ll wish that every property you stay at was managed the way Capitol Villa is.

We enjoyed the stay in the villa. It was close to great food options (Franklin's is an iconic Austin must) and beautiful decorated. The new Sonos speakers were an awesome touch too. Our group of 12 had a great time and although we we out and about in Austin for the majority of the trip we were thankful for a comfortable place to come back to and rest.

Great place in Austin.
We stayed a total of 12 persons and it was a very spatious and great house and location to stay in. Nice kitchen and dining area, perfect for lazy mornings and late evening dinners and talks. Lots of activities available to keep the kids occupied. A great Sonos system provided background music all around the house if needed. Great bbq and also firepit for s'mores time with the kids.The attention from the property owner was perfect, all from welcoming us, making sure everything was ok and dealing with whatever issue was resolved quickly. Excellent stay and highly recommendable.

Great Girls Weekend!
The property is just as described. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 15 for a girls weekend in Austin. The owner was great at making the check in process super easy and was available for any questions we had. The location of the property was perfect to enjoy the downtown and surrounding areas of Austin. I would highly recommend this property for anyone going to Austin with a larger group.
